Do i have to stick with it or can i change it...?
Im with Pipex broadband at the moment. Acceptable speeds but im thinking i could go for better. As im not in a cable area i cannot get fibre optic, which leaves out Virgin Broadband. So im left with B.T as i already rent a line from them. I was wondering if i go for one of their packages which includes the hub they provide, would i have to connect to the interent through the hub wirelessly? Im not a great fan of wireless, im more use to dial-up broadband. So i was wondering if i choose the B.T option will i be able to just normally connect through to the interent through a dial-up modem or im a stuck with the hub?

Your question doesn't make much sense!
For a start dial up and broadband are two different things. Either you want dial up or broadband.
If you don't want to go wireless then don't. You don't have to, you can have just have an ordinary broadband modem which your computer plugs straight into using an Ethernet cable.
Dial up you use an internal PCI SoftV92 Speaker Phone Modem.
Although you say that you can't get Virgin's cable, Virgin do do ADSL broadband using a phoneline. The line rental is payable direct to BT as you do with Pipex.
